Sender filters

Sender filters live in Settings → Email and apply to both your forwarding address and connected inboxes.

• Process all senders: every email with a PDF is processed.
• Only specific senders: only emails from the senders you list.
• Block specific senders: everything except the senders you list.

For forwarded emails, the filter checks who originally sent the email, not the teammate who forwarded it.

Two kinds of email always get through, whatever the filter says: email from a connected inbox's own address, and email from your company's own domain. That way a teammate forwarding something by hand is never blocked.
