Connect QuickBooks Desktop

QuickBooks Desktop runs on your own computer, so CostCrunch connects to it through our connector partner, Conductor.

1. Click Accounting in the sidebar.
2. Under QuickBooks Desktop, click Connect.
3. Follow the steps in the Conductor pop-up on the computer that has your QuickBooks company file.
4. Pick a default expense account.

Keep QuickBooks open on that computer with your company file loaded. CostCrunch can only sync and export while QuickBooks is running. If it's closed, the status shows Not responding.
