What each item in the sidebar is for.

Everything lives in the left sidebar. On a phone, tap the menu icon to open it.
| Sidebar item | What it's for |

| Upload | Add documents from your computer. See Upload documents. |
| Documents | Every invoice, quote, statement, and credit. Hover it to jump straight to a type or status. |
| Projects | Spend and budgets per job site. |
| Suppliers | Spend and documents per supplier. |
| Catalog | Every product you've bought, with price history. |
| Estimator | Build a priced estimate from a material list. |
| Compare | Side-by-side quote comparisons. |
| Insights | Spend charts by supplier, project, category, and more. |
| Accounting | QuickBooks connection and exports. A pulsing dot means you haven't connected yet. |
| Talk to an expert | Live chat with the CostCrunch team. |
Settings and the organization picker are in the top bar.

Click Talk to an expert at the bottom of the sidebar to chat with us, or email [email protected]. If a specific invoice looks wrong, use Report a Problem from its menu so we get the document with your message.
