Profile, notifications, and preferences
Your name, theme, email digests, and approval flow.

Profile
Settings → Profile has your Name, Email, and Theme (Light, Dark, or System), plus Sign out.
Email digests
In Settings → Notifications, turn on a Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Monthly digest summarizing new documents.
QuickBooks export emails are set separately, in Export settings.
Preferences
In Settings → Preferences, turn on After approving, go to the next invoice to move straight to the next one each time you click Approve.
Company settings
Settings → General has your Company name and Default ZIP code. The ZIP code is used for local price comparisons when an invoice has no shipping address. See How price checks work.
