Work with multiple organizations

If you work across more than one company, or a bookkeeper serves several clients, each company is its own organization with its own documents, suppliers, and settings.

Switch organization

Click the organization name in the top bar and pick another. Type in Search organizations... if you have a lot of them.

Create an organization

From the same menu, choose Create new Organization, enter a name, and click Create. You're the Owner of the new organization.

"This account is inactive"

That organization has been closed. Pick another organization to Switch to, or contact [email protected] to reopen it.
