Compare quotes

Click Compare in the sidebar to open Quote Comparison. You can start a comparison three ways:

• Upload quotes to compare: drop in the quote files.
• Select Quotes: pick quotes you've already uploaded.
• From Documents → Quotes: tick two or more quotes and click Compare N Quotes.

Reading a comparison

• A side-by-side table matches the same product across every quote, with Insights, Difference, Net subtotal, and Total.
• Bottom line sums up who's cheapest overall and where each quote is high.
• The quote PDFs sit next to the table. Hover a price to jump to it on that supplier's quote.

Your past comparisons are saved under Generated Comparisons.

Click Export to download the comparison as PDF, Excel, or CSV to share with your team or the customer.
