Create an estimate
Turn a material list into a priced estimate.

Click Estimator in the sidebar. Start from any of these:
- Paste Text: paste a material list from an email, a takeoff, or your notes. CostCrunch reads each line into a product and quantity.
- Upload File: upload a list or a takeoff.
- Catalog: pick products straight from your Catalog.
Each line is priced from what you've paid before and current market prices. Your recent estimates are listed on the same page.

Click Share / Export to:
- Export to PDF
- Generate Public URL, then Copy Public URL to send a link anyone can open
Use it as a budget
Add an estimate to a project's budget with Add to Budget → From Estimate, then track invoices against it. See Budgets.
